Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Shopaholic Fashion Wardrobe shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of the delivery.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customers will not be the responsibility of Shopaholic Fashion Wardrobe and there will be no refunds.

ATM deposit - Scan or take a digital photo of the deposit slip and email to me.
The reason is the bank's online system does not tell me the identity of the person who deposit the amount, so I will need proof from you as I receive deposit of similar amounts from various buyers on a daily basis. Thank you for your understanding! :)
